DELIVERY

Average delivery time: 4 to 7 business days from order confirmation.

Carriers: DHL / BPOST / Colis Privé

Shipping costs: from €3.90. Free delivery on orders over €100.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can then track your parcel directly on the carrier's website.

RETURNS

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return one or more products.

Once your return request has been submitted, a message will automatically be sent to the seller so they can provide you with a return label. Upon receiving it, please follow the steps below:

  1. Download the return label containing your order and product information.
  2. Carefully pack the item(s) to be returned and include your order information in the parcel.
  3. Attach the return label to your parcel.
  4. Drop off your parcel at an eligible return location as indicated in the return label sent by the seller.

Refunds or exchanges for returned products will be processed, minus return shipping costs, provided that:

  • The product has not been opened or used.
  • For returns due to a change of mind: the products show no signs of wear or use.
  • For returns due to a non-conformity issue: the products have not been damaged through misuse.
  • For any return of a defective or damaged product that is not your fault, return shipping costs are fully covered.
